Who can use this feature?

All Team Members that have been invited to the Our People tool appear within the "People" tab. There are three types of user:
- Active - the majority of the workforce
- Pending - those that have been invited but are yet to activate their account
- Deactivated - those staff members who are now longer working in the business
👉🏽 STEP 1: From the navigation menu, select People.
👉🏽 STEP 2: When the People tab loads, all Active users for all available Teams are displayed.
👉🏽 STEP 3: When the People tab loads, all Active users for all available Teams are displayed. Team Members are listed alphabetically by first name. The easiest way to locate a Team Member is using the "Find by name" search box.
👉🏽 STEP 4: If the logged in user is a Team Admin for multiple teams or a Global user, it is possible to filter Team Members by available Teams.
📌 Note: The Find by name search box will only search for Team Members within the current screen. For example, it will not return Team Members from the "Pending" tab or Team Members from a team that has not been included in the "Show team members from:" filter.
👉🏽 STEP 5: To edit a Team Member, click the "menu" button on the right hand side of the screen and select "Edit".
👉🏽 STEP 6: The Edit screen allows the Admin to edit the following user details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Team Permissions (App User vs Team Admin)
- Job Title tags
- Skill Tags
👉🏽 Editing Tags: To edit a Tag associated to the Team Member, simply click on it. If the Tag appears green, it is associated to the Team Member, if it is grey, it is not associated.
📌 Note: Any tag that displays the padlock symbol 🔒 is restricted and can only be assigned by the Team Admin at this step. It cannot be selected when the Team Member signs into the App.
👉🏽 Editing Teams: To add a Team Member to an additional Team, begin typing the Team name into the "Add to Team" search box. The Team Member will receive an invite to join the new Team via the App.
📌 Note: Only Teams available to the Team Admin will be available in the drop down.
👉🏽 Making an App User a Team Admin: All new Team Members are automatically assigned "App User" status for their new Team. If the Team Member should have Team Admin access, this can be assigned by selecting "App User" and changing the drop down to "Team Admin".
👉🏽 Remove Team: The Remove Team button completely removes the Team from the User. This will mean the User can no longer receive communications for Tags associated to this Team, or communicate with colleagues in the Team.
👉🏽 STEP 7: Clicking Save will save all changes made.
