Every Team Member who exists within the Our People database is tied to a mobile phone number, making it impossible to add the same individual with the same mobile number into the system twice.
If a Team Member has been absent for a significant period of time and needs to be reactivated into the system, the following steps should be followed.
👉🏽 STEP 1: From the navigation menu, select People.
👉🏽 STEP 2: From the People navigation menu, select Deactivated.
👉🏽 STEP 3: Search for the Team Member required using the "Find by name" search box.
👉🏽 STEP 5: Click "Activate" at the top right of the Team Member's profile. The Admin will be asked to confirm, click "OK". The Team Member will be reactivated.
